What’s Included

• Protection of floors, furniture, switches, and baseboards using masking tape and protective plastic.

• Moving and protecting light furniture or small items within the work area.

• Basic wall preparation includes filling minor imperfections, such as small holes or surface scratches.

• Application of paint on walls and/or ceilings in light or neutral tones
  (for dark colors or major color changes, consultation is required).

• Removal of all protective materials and basic cleaning of the work area after completion.

What’s Not Included

• Moving or emptying heavy furniture or personal belongings.

• Removal or installation of lamps, ceiling fans, curtains, or blinds.

• Smoothing or leveling walls with textured or decorative finishes.

• Wallpaper removal.

• Repair of significant cracks, structural damage, or large holes beyond basic surface preparation.

• Treatment of dampness, leaks, or mold issues (available as a separate service if required).

• Supply of paint materials, unless explicitly agreed in advance.

• Decorative or complex paint designs (e.g. stripes, geometric patterns).

• Any additional work required due to site conditions that demand extra time or materials.
